We design and manage, start to finish (as listed under space design), using our team and resources to take the project from A-Z. This option is for our clients looking for the complete design management and complete supervision of the actual project
 
DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT RATE: $475/hour, optionally priced per project within a set

*block of 40 hoursAlternately priced per square foot at $7.00within a set
*block of 70 hours
*Additional contractor, architect, engineering, and/or code variance fees may apply
*If the allotted block of time is exceeded, either an hourly rate or a new block of time will be assessed.
*Requires prior 90 minutes design consultation.
